The Florida Collectors Association is a trade association of professional debt collectors with offices in Florida. The FCA holds two conferences per year for its members where they can network with peers and share information of our industry with one another.

Members of the FCA also hold mandatory dual membership in ACA International, the "Association of Credit and Collection Professionals", which provides a wide range of industry-specific information and resources needed to stay compliant, train your staff to perform at their peak, and enhance your agency's bottom line.

As the demands of federal and state laws and regulations increase, agencies must increase their understanding. FCA offers members the education and information to assure compliance through legislative updates, and practical best practices.FCA members must stay informed and in compliance with laws and legislative updates. Information regarding the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA) are available through this web site.
