Resort Fee: Waived for all who book in the FCA room block (normally $55)
A limited number of rooms are blocked for FCA attendees; therefore, we cannot guarantee rooms will be available through the reservation deadline. Make your reservations early! To receive FCA’s group rate, be sure to book using the reservation link above. Credit card is required to hold your reservation. Room cancellations must be submitted directly to the hotel at least three (3) days prior to arrival or otherwise one night’s room, fees and taxes will be charged.
Additional nights outside of the group block are on a case-by-case basis determined by the hotel’s availability. If you need to add nights in addition to Monday, October 7 and Tuesday, October 8, please complete your reservation for Monday and Tuesday and then forward your reservation confirmation to Cheeca Reservation Staff: Kimberly Jimenez at kjimenez@cheeca.com and Robin Swenson-Mallory at rswenson@cheeca.com along with which dates you want to modify. No flight should be booked until confirmation is provided of your updated reservation.
